Home Inspection Services

All of the various home inspections we offer are non-invasive. We will examine the home’s major systems and their components that are safely accessible and visible. We will walk accessible and easily walkable roofs and enter accessible crawlspaces and attics. A detailed inspection report of our findings is normally emailed on the same day as the inspection, but no later than the next business day. Our inspections follow the North Carolina Home Inspector Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

Below are the major systems that will be examined on a Full Home Inspection. If a 4-Point Home Inspection is requested, we will inspect up to or a maximum of 4 major systems and their components the client has selected. If a Partial Home Inspection is requested, the client will select area(s) of the home wished to be inspected.
