Goodno, the owner of Chosen Home Inspections, Inc. I want to

tell you about myself and my company:
I grew up in Jacksonville,
NC (the son of a dedicated Marine) until I went into the military
after graduating from high school. After retiring from the
military in 2004, I immediately went into the Home Inspection business
in NC and worked for a very talented and knowledgeable individual who
was not only a Licensed Home Inspector, but a Licensed General
Contractor, Home Builder, with Mold and Indoor Air Quality
Certifications. He taught me a tremendous amount about the
business and it was a pleasure to work with and for him.
Since being a Home Inspector, I have attended courses in plumbing,
electrical, structural to name a few, and have also attained my
certification in the Mold and Indoor Air Quality arena, and Radon
Testing. I became
a member of the largest association in the home inspection profession
called the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors which
requires its members to attend courses and adhere to strict inspection
guidelines.
I’ve never been a person that sits idle. I always look for ways to
improve not only my business, but my knowledge within the industry to
give clients the very best service that can be obtained.
Since being in the home
inspection profession, I have been told that I tend to be very
thorough—a trait that probably stems from my military background.
I enjoy meeting and helping people, and been told that I’m a “people
person”—something that I’ve learned over the years as a Christian.
I always give my very best effort when performing an inspection and
give my customers and their representative the very best attention.

In 2007, I felt led to go
into business for myself and so Chosen Home Inspections, Inc. was
born. I started my business with the desire of my customers
getting the very best service possible through experience, integrity,
professionalism, using the latest technology in equipment and
software, and having diverse services to meet client needs. I
even went as far as guaranteeing my work. If clients are not
completely satisfied with their home inspection or report, I
will refund their money within 30 days of the inspection!
